What is a hypopressive breathing technique

Hypopressive is a breathing and movement method that helps to improve or rehabilitate the pelvic floor and core healthy functions, achieving strength, also flexibility to the group of muscles involved.

Hypopressive uses the same skeletal anatomical alignment that we use in Pilates, and the same intercostal or lateral breathing. In addition, you are going to learn the Apnoea technique to reduce pressure to the Pelvic floor and to improve the whole core function. You will gain confidence in your body, calm the central nervous system.

For athletes, women and men, running, climbing, surfing, or playing any sports, Hypopressive technique exercises improve breathing efficiency, support spine and skeletal alignment and postural awareness to enhance performance.
